Refund & Transfer Policy

Tickets & spectator passes
All ticket sales are final. Tickets may be transferred to another person at no charge by contacting us before the event — just let us know the new attendee's name. If the event is cancelled or postponed by us, a full refund or credit will be offered.
Driver entries
Driver entry fees are refunded only if the event is cancelled by us, or if a written request is received at least 14 days before the event. After that, entries may be transferred to another driver (subject to scrutineering) but are non-refundable.
Merch & extras
Merchandise is collected at the event. If you can't attend, contact us to arrange collection at a later date or a refund within 30 days of purchase. Camping and extra add-ons follow the same transfer rules as tickets.
